These terms govern participation in HAWLAYN, a workplace nursing-room certification program offered by Philips Avent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By registering interest or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
How we use your data
- We collect your company details, contact information, room photos, and any legal documents solely to process and assess your Hawlayn certification application and to communicate with you about it.
- We do not use this data for marketing. We will not send you promotional communications on the basis of this submission, and we will not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Uploaded documents, including legal documents, are stored privately. Access is limited to the Hawlayn program review team for the purpose of assessment.
- Your data is kept only as long as needed for the certification process and program records, then deleted. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting the program team.

01The program
HAWLAYN helps employers build a workplace nursing room that meets the ten-point standard, recognises those who do with the Hawlayn certification mark, and equips certified rooms with a Room Starter Kit from Philips Avent.

02Eligibility
The program is open to employers operating a workplace in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to apply on behalf of your organisation.

03Application and assessment
Submitting an application does not guarantee certification. Rooms are assessed against the ten-point standard, and the program may request additional evidence. Certification decisions are made at the discretion of the Hawlayn program team.

04Certification mark and Room Starter Kit
Certified sites may display the Hawlayn mark in line with program guidance. The mark remains the property of Philips Avent and may be withdrawn if a site no longer meets the standard. The Room Starter Kit is provided to certified sites subject to availability; product models may vary.

05Intellectual property
The Hawlayn name, wordmark, certification seal, site content, and the Philips Avent brand are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

06Changes and governing law
The program and these terms may be updated from time to time. Participation is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
